Priors and Suspects Inquiry Screen

The Priors and Suspects Inquiry screen is a specialized inquiry screen used to search across multiple plans and companies for a client's previously existing policies. This screen also has the ability to identify suspect policies, where the client in question may have used different first names, last names, tax IDs or dates of birth during enrollment for different policies.
